It is meant to assist with assessing attendees who may be symptomatic, or who may have been exposed to someone who is ill or has confirmed COVID-19. You have the option to complete the screening questions online, no more than 2 hours prior to starting work. If you do not have access to the online tool, you will have the option to answer the questions on site.
