WebAn Insolvency Professional Agency shall perform the following functions, namely:— grant membership to persons who fulfil all requirements set out in its byelaws on payment of membership fee; lay down standards of professional conduct for its members; monitor the performance of its members;a Web(1) The Board shall, subject to the general direction of the Central Government, perform all or any of the following functions namely: (a) Register insolvency professional agencies, insolvency professionals and information utilities and renew, withdraw, suspend or cancel such registrations.
