WebI have discovered what the issue was. Gamemaker studio creates a new cache folder with the thing being quarantined every time I launch it. I kept adding exceptions to the quarantined object, but a new one kept being made in the newly created cache folder that wasn't whitelisted. Just had to whitelist the entire gamemaker folder in program data.
